This is an experiment in content publishing and distribution inspired by my attendance of Podcast Movement in Chicago. I'm the Digital Director at WYEP (91.3fm) I'm experienced in web development, digital marketing, social networks, startups, and business strategy. But I'm a NOOB at 'podcasting'. I am looking to apply lean startup principles, failing fast and frequently, to learn the most I can with the least cost (money and time). This means taking advantage of free tools, open source software, free hosting, and tools that help maximize the capability to publish. It also means striving for MVP. I'm not worried about catchy music, or pro audio production. At least not yet. While I am not looking to be the next podcasting superstar, it also means planning for scaling to reach a larger audience. This is a two-way communication.
