Turning Points

Dr. Jennifer Matsunaga

Turning Points is a podcast dedicated to exploring cultural reclamation after assimilation and the ways that Anishinaabe, Inuit, Metis, and Japanese Canadian people have come to cope with shame in the face of historical trauma. Narrated and directed by both Professor and participant Dr. Jennifer Matsunaga, this project strives to amplify the voices of survivors and intergenerational survivors, and shine a light on the ways they breathe new life into traditions, language, and community.
