Twelve public webcams keep a single diary: Reykjavík, London, Zürich, the Maldives, Bangkok, Tokyo, Auckland, Hawai'i, Vancouver, Yellowstone, Montréal and Montevideo. Every day their hours are written up as one entry, read aloud, and talked over by two presenters: slow, quiet listening about harbours, roads, airports and squares around the world. Nobody is followed and nobody is identified: the figures in it are known only by the colour they were wearing.
