In my mid-30s, I was stuck in a cycle of addiction, numbness, and a corporate job that left me unfulfilled. But everything changed. Now 11 years sober, I’m thriving as a music creator, experiencing happiness I never thought possible, and it had nothing to do with any external success, money or achievements.
