We feel stuck, we coast along, perhaps we struggle. In each case, we tend to remain in that state until a force is exerted upon us. And in our lives there are two forces that consistently produce change: people and technology. At some point in everyone's life, a person comes along and leaves an indelible mark that forever changes us. This person could be a parent, a colleague, a boss, a coach, a teacher, a mentor, or a random stranger that says just the right thing at just the right time.
