It is the primary task of that no-good nemesis called “the devil” to thwart out thoughts about God’s plan for us. If we are not careful, many of us will begin to believe the lie that he detained our destiny. Sometimes we have to be reminded that he is a defeated foe and what looks like defeat is actually a distraction.
