After navigating illness, along with many other life challenges, I have persevered to flourish with grace and grit, while often feeling buried in the dirt. I know there are so many women and men out there who are likely struggling through similar circumstances, so I want to pour that nourishment onto you to help you rise and bloom out of that place.
