Project KaleidosCOPE presents UPODcast, a mental health podcast series dedicated to the Ilonggo youth. UPODcast comes from the Hiligaynon term “upod” which means “to accompany” – we aim to accompany you in battling mental health issues while imparting positive ways of coping through a series of exercises, lectures, stories, and interviews.
