Thumpmatic got into the dance music scene in early 1999. It wasn't long after that he started messing around with various friends' decks and decided this is where he should channel most of his energy. Shortly thereafter he started playing out hard and disco house on local New Hampshire college radio, at his residency, and other venues across the New England states. Overtime, Thumpmatic has been recognized for his signature sound of Liquid funk drum N bass and funky house, while being seasoned with cuts and scratches. He’s also shared sound systems and opened up for artists from the likes of DJ Rectangle to Shortee, for parties with attendances of 50 to over 4,000 since the year 2000.In 2005, Thumpmatic moved down to North Carolina, and took a break from the music scene and started a family. After his daughter was born, he decided to get back into the game. This time in a new area of the country, and connected quickly with the junglists of North Carolina, and began playing venues
