Yo People!! Welcome to my first-ever podcast, its something I've had in the pipeline for a while, but to be brutally honest was too nervous to do. If you're not familiar with my page, I launched my page @ozzyosb around 6 months ago, to be the person I never had. Growing up as a young working-class man from a poc background, I never saw anyone like me in the spaces I aspired to be in. People from my background don't have any positive role models, self development is discouraged and stigmatised by peers from a young age, and any ambition is crushed from the get go. So, I wanted to launch a personal page where I share my insights, knowledge, advice, and network with the next generation of people from my background. To be the person I never had growing up. The aim of this podcast is to provide a space to share more intimate platform of engagement. Where I will be sharing more vulnerable, raw, and authentic reflections from my personal experiences.
