Drum & Bass prescribes precision breakbeat science, heavy melodic basslines, intricate effects and sampling. This is music designated for the 'sound system', retaining a specific energy tailored to heightening awareness through the syncopation and low frequencies. As a founder https://soundcloud.com/sub-chakra and dedicated DJ, Justin remains connected to Calgary his birthplace and home, involved in its 'scene' now since 2008, that being the year he first heard and felt PK https://www.pksound.ca/ both in the city and https://soundcloud.com/shambhala_mf . Attention is still given to any tempo and how varying drum patterns or rhythms move people; his 'steady blends' elevate the listener with a strong sense of progression and energy. Heavy Feels.
