GUIDES
'ABSTRACT MIND' EP OUT NOW--Grounded yet other-worldly, musical abstractions as sonic foundations. Wall of guitar blasts meet hazy melodies. Stripped down riffs sounding simultaneously zoned-out yet full of intention.“GUIDES’ music strikes an impressive balance between taut energy, murky atmospherics, and ostentatious bursts of catharsis.” -Popmatters“’Pictures On Pictures’ is a dark, groovy tune with a healthy amount of fuzz.” -Magnet Magazine“In the subversive tradition of best post-punk music, the debut EP from Los Angeles trio GUIDES is conceptual, discomfiting and abrasive. And beautiful in all those ways.” -Buzzbands“(GUIDES) have embarked down an esoteric path full of experimental structure, vague melodies, and a shoegaze-worthy wall of sonics” -Free Bike Valet--GUIDES: Chris Cogswell | Be Hussey | Jayson Larson--
