Hi my name is Joshua and I'm a 38 year old father of six children. I've been divorced and remarried, I've been jobless, I've been homeless and I've been at times in the deepest depths of depression but still managed to find a way out. My goal at Mental Makeover is to talk about coping mechanisms and resources available to those suffering from mental health issues. To recognize it's normal and to talk through some of the most difficult challenges life can throw at you.
