MILITARY MIND. Born in South Sudan, KROWN is a 20 year old rapper/songwriter now based in West Melbourne. KROWN moved to Australia in 2009 and chaperoned by his passion and interest for music, he started recording his original music a few years later.Through music and knowing first-hand from friends’ experiences how violence and conscious decisions affect individuals and their families, KROWN has a found a voice large enough to make a change.His first EP ‘Wake Em Up’ debuted in August 2017.KROWN’s entrepreneurial spirit saw the inception of his clothing label, ‘Military Mind’ in 2016.As an emerging artist and recognised as Triple J’s Hau Latukefu’s ‘Artists to Watch’, KROWN aspires to inspire by means of making impactful, story-telling music and being a mentor and leader for the youth.
