Once Wizards
Michael Ratner, PhD
There once was a time and a place in the early 1980s where in the underground (basement) studios of the radio station fondly called the WIZARD (WZRD 88.3 FM) in Chicago (Northeastern Illinois University) that a cadre of approximately 40+ college students and community members ran their weekly show shifts playing some of the most amazing music of the era. This new podcast called ONCE WIZARDS recognizes the period and honors the participants of that unique experience -- listen as memories are recalled and stories shared that make for an enticing listen.
