Through conversations with various guests, including Muslim, Hindu, and Sikh women, we explore how cultural, religious, and generational factors shape their experiences and identities.
Key topics will include women’s roles within religion, the struggles of balancing career and family life, and the rise of the modern woman who redefines traditional expectations—choosing career and relationships over marriage and children. We will also touch on trauma, both generational and migrational, offering insights into how these issues impact the mental and emotional well-being of South Asian women across generations.
