I’ll be honest with you—I’m jumping into this podcast without overthinking it, which is very not like me. But something in me said, Start now. Start even if it’s messy. Start because maybe someone needs this. And maybe I need it too.
My name is [Your Name], and BinahWorks is a space for Orthodox Jewish women—like me, like you—navigating the real moments of home, work, Shabbos, holidays, and family. It’s about the wisdom we carry, and the way we live it out, day by day, week by week.
I had to step away from a job I truly loved—shoutout to that team, you know who you are. I put my whole heart into it. But sometimes, the juggling act as a mom—with a baby needing early intervention, a schedule that never quits, and no margin left for myself—it became too much.
And I realized I wasn’t taking care of myself in a way that allowed me to take care of others.
