Up to the age of 22 I was an active person. I enjoyed school, outdoor sports, many hobbies and as a newly qualified RAF military policeman I enjoyed life to the full. On the 9th August 1986 that all changed when I broke my neck. Now paralyzed from the neck down I started a new life. The following pages chronicle my experiences in both lives which I now share as a thank you to all my family, friends and others that have helped me along the way and will perhaps also help others with similar challenges.
