ALLGROUND
Laird and Elias
Laird and Elias Anderson are brothers, Jiu Jitsu black belts, and the founders of ALLGROUND Jiu Jitsu | a Reno, Nevada academy they built from the ground up into one of the city's most respected gyms. Laird is an unbeaten pro MMA fighter, while Elias is a three time Combat Jiu Jitsu World Champion. They built the ALLGROUND Podcast to live up to its name | a space that covers every ground: business, competition, mindset, and the paths of founders, athletes, and high performers who've mastered their craft. Its a place to sharpen your thinking, get inspired, and learn from people who've done it.
