We talk about the systems, culture and realities of life at sea—through honest conversations, funny memories and unfiltered opinions!After 7 years at sea, we both understand that life at sea, is a very unique "ecosystem" that is mostly talked about through memes, gossip and 15 second reels. And while all of those are necessary, and give crew members a sense of community and understanding, we wanted to try and actually have a longer conversation about the things we loved, the things we struggled with, and the things we hope to one day see improve for all crew onboard.
