Changing Narratives
Uncovering real life stories from domestic violence and sexual assault victims in an attempt to change the current cultural narrative and shed light on the fact that victims are often those we would never suspect such as males, close friends, neighbors, or even family members. Throughout the course of recent history, sexual assault and domestic violence issues have been brought to the forefront of media coverage and legal discourse. Victims are often blamed and many issues arise legally that have yet to be changed. Changing Narratives hopes to put an end to victim blaming and the silencing of victims once and for all.
