Inline (Zscaler)

Compound Governance

The Zscaler file: what was promised against what the record shows. Zscaler built the Zero Trust Exchange, a cloud that sits inline in the path of enterprise traffic, inspecting more than 750 billion transactions a day for more than half of the Fortune 500, so that users, workloads and now AI agents reach only what they are allowed to reach. In October 2026 management published its first long-term model in five years: ARR above $8 billion by fiscal 2031, operating margin to 27 to 30 percent, and, for the first time, a target for the equity the company pays its people. Each episode is the audio edition of a written director-grade briefing: the declared model scored against the quarter, the organization read through the filings, the competitive set built from what rivals actually did, and three questions worth bringing to the table. Built entirely from the public record: the deck, the filings, the proxy, the calls and the tape. One quarter at a time.
