Creativity CloseUps
Ryan G.
Creativity CloseUps is a documentary-style podcast and video series featuring relaxed conversations with artists, makers, crafters, artisans, and creative businesses. Based in Victoria, British Columbia, Creativity CloseUps explores the people behind handmade creative work — their inspiration, process, tools, materials, workspaces, challenges, and creative journeys. Each episode invites listeners into a creative conversation rather than a formal interview. We talk about how people began creating, what keeps them inspired, what they have learned along the way, and what their creative work means to them. Creativity CloseUps begins in Victoria, BC and will grow to include artists, makers, crafters, artisans, and creative businesses across Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and eventually Canada. The podcast is designed to work alongside the Creativity CloseUps video features. Listen to the conversation here, then visit the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noref
