Beverly Talks is an audio time capsule of human connection in Beverly, Massachusetts. Between 2019 and 2020, three neighbors and friends—Lucia, Alison, and Michael—set out to meet their neighbors, recording conversations in public places and sharing their reflections in the studio. Blending the sounds of these encounters with the spontaneity of getting to know someone new, the podcast preserves a moment in an analog world, inviting us to rediscover the magic of face-to-face connections as in-person encounters become less common.
