In Dec 2018, my world changed forever when my wife of 20 years died. 2019, this podcast was my audio journal to help me express my thoughts as one might in writing. In 2020, the direction of this podcast is Suggestion, Observation, Personal (SOP). Each episode moving forward as of late March 2020 while have one of those words in front of each episode. Clue to explain what the theme will be about. The goal is always to take care of myself and help/inspire those that are starting this journey.
