Psych Central is a youth-led initiative by seven female students from Pakistan, with the aim to normalize discussions around mental health in Pakistan. We will be uploading weekly podcasts centred around various issues- focusing more on impediments that concern students of our age group. We want to raise awareness and effectively abolish the stigma that surrounds mental health through lighthearted conversation and dialogue.
