Field Notes

Sophie Kirkton

Welcome to Field Notes - The Breathwork Podcast it's actually a mini weekly class but that’s not as catchy….

I'm Sophie, a breathwork practitioner, and each week I'll be sharing simple, practical conversations about breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindset and what it actually means to look after yourself in the middle of real life.

This isn't about fixing yourself or striving for perfection. It's about understanding how your mind and body work, building more capacity to navigate life's challenges, and having a few simple tools you can come back to when things feel overwhelming.

Think of this as your free weekly class. Short episodes packed with insights, reflections and practices that you can take away and start using straight away.

So whether you're completely new to breathwork or already have a practice, you're very welcome here.

Let's take a breath and get started.
