Project Lost

Elliot Walsh, a game developer, is discovered dead in his apartment after (un)knowingly summoning an evil entity into the mortal realm. His friends begin receiving messages from him from beyond the grave shortly after he is found. It's now up to his friends to return whatever unworldly entity he summoned to wherever the fuck it came from.
